Caring for someone with IBD, whether it’s your partner, child or friend can be both demanding and stressful. It is important to take time for yourself so you can keep supporting your loved one. Who to talk to?
If you want someone to talk to about your health or your role as a carer, your GP is a good place to start. Write down a list of questions and what is troubling you so you are prepared beforehand.
