Why it’s important to take control
When faced with symptoms that seem to randomly come and go, it’s natural to go through denial that you have a chronic, lifelong condition. It may feel easier to ignore the symptoms or to think that you have absolutely no control over your own well being. But it is important to take control. For some, this comes earlier than for others.
